Wi-Fi can track people behind the walls
The researchers at Mass Massachusetts Institute of Technology's "MIT" Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory created a new system that can track people behind the walls with the use of Wi-Fi Signals (Wireless Fidelity Signals).
This technology will work by detecting the "reflections" created by the signals from the wifi when they touch the body of the human.
They analyze the reflections created by the wifi signal when they touch the human body so that it can create a reflection. It can detect 15 people at the same time with 90% accuracy.
Researchers are planning to use this technology to monitor elder people for preventing falls and injury in the home.
This can also be use in the future for warships, landslide and etc.
