Capturing the Supermoon using Zenfone 3

On Monday - November 14, 2016 will be the the day when we can see the SUPERMOON in the sky as it reaches its closest point during its orbit around the earth in 68 years.

They officially called this as perigee moon, a time when the moon will be closest to earth caused by the elliptical nature of its orbit around the planet.

The moon will reach perigee Moons closest point as it orbits earth on November 14, 2016 7:21 PM to 9:52PM almost 2 hours and 31 minutes to see the beauty of the moon.

"This year’s supermoon is one of the closest and biggest in 68 years and it won’t happen again until 2034," PAGASA said.

According to the NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), a supermoon can be as much as 14% bigger than the normal view and 30% brighter than the normal bright of a full moon.

Capture the Supermoon using your Zenfone 3 or any mobile that has manual option in the camera. Just set the ISO to low and set the shutter speed to low.

I used 3m lens in this video with the max zoom of my phone.
